About Me…
I hope that you will find me a professional but a warm and ‘real’ person.
I will provide you with a calm and supportive space to tell it how it really is, whatever your issue. Together, we will explore why things feel like they do and look at positive ways to deal with what’s going on for you. My aim is to help you get where you want to be. I will be actively alongside you in your journey and will have your back.
I have an MSc in Counselling & Psychotherapy and am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). My approach is Person Centred/Integrative, which means that you and your needs are my focus.
My experience comes from counselling individuals through a variety of issues (anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, bereavement, relationship issues, abuse, work-related stress, life-limiting illness) and also from having worked in people-based roles where I coached individuals and teams through people-related challenges.
Prices & Structure
I am currently offering online and telephone counselling.
A 50 minute session is £45 (payable by BACS).
As the relationship you have with your counsellor is key to how effective your therapy will be; I’m happy to offer a free 30 minute call to help you explore whether I am the right therapist for you.
We will usually meet on a weekly or two-weekly basis until you feel that you’re in a better place. We will discuss your goals at the start of therapy and see how we’re doing every 6 sessions.
